－築40年のフルリノベーション－

2代に渡り住み続けられている住宅のフルリノベーション計画。既存の構造を残しながらも大胆に間取りを変更することで家族がくつろげるリビングを計画。屋根面である小屋組みを現しとすることで開放的な空間とし、特徴的なロフト空間が生まれるような構成とした。

Urayasu Residence

A full renovation project of a house that has been lived in for two generations. A living room where the family can relax was planned by thoroughly changing the plan while preserving the existing structures. The shed frame was exposed to create an open space, and a space was designed to bring a unique characteristic of a loft.
