静岡県／浜名湖エリアに建つ既存施設のリノベーション計画。
もともと築30年の宿泊所であったが、現代のリゾートニーズに合わせたコンドミニアム形式を提案。
雄大な浜名湖を一望でき、自然と一体となる宿泊・リゾート空間を計画。

Refurbishment project in Hamana Lake
Renovation project for an existing building in the Lake Hamana area of Shizuoka Prefecture.
Originally a 30-year-old lodging building, we proposed a condominium style to meet the modern resort needs.
The plan is to create a resthouse and resort space that overlooks the majestic Lake Hamana and is at one with nature.
