大自然の豊かさと厳しさに対峙する椎葉村。

そんな地域において、アスレチックのような登って楽しい山型のサウナを提案します。

子供の頃に木登りをして遊んだ様に、外部空間も積極的に楽しみ、雄大な椎葉村の自然を感じるためのサウナ。

十分な内部空間の広さを持つサウナは人々が集い、語らう場としての豊かなコミュニケーションの空間をつくります。

Shiiba Village Sauna Design Contest

Shiiba Village embraces the richness and harshness of nature.

In this area, we proposed a sauna with a resemblance to a mountain that is fun to climb up, for an athletic activity.

The sauna is designed for people to actively enjoy the outside space and feel the magnificent nature of Shiiba Village, just as they did when they climbed trees in their childhood.

The sauna, with its ample interior space, creates a rich space for communication as a place for people to gather and talk.
